the quality is not so good after vimeo finished its upload. but that was the best result i got so far. if anyone here know how to make h264 to not lose so much quality after uploading to vimeo, I will appreciate.

I saw someone asking about rules of the channel earlier (I wasn't around to answer them) ... but just to let people know: Yes, we are working on a list of rules of conduct.
This would, normally, be in the topic of the channel, but for some reason the topic keeps disappearing.

We need to get some organization going and once that happens the rules will be official and hosted somewhere as well as amended to the first post of this thread.

I'm assuming you're using mibbit.

G-Lined means you're temporarily banned ... what'd you do? They don't give out how long the duration is. To find out the exact reason you can try connecting through an actual client (not mibbit) and it will give you the reason. Most likely, you tried to connect too many times with mibbit and it was throttling you and you didn't know what that meant. (It means you're trying to connect or reconnect too quickly, which isn't your fault, it's mibbit's)

I'm sorry, about that, but ... I would suggest using a different client if mibbit isn't working properly for you ... at least to find out why they temp. banned you.

It is kinda lonely in there. We need people to come in and populate it. I promise if you go in you will get at least two people who are willing to chat and have a good time.

There's actually about four people chatting it up right now (not regulars either)

Why does it take forever to connect?

How long does it take you? Usually it only takes me 20-30 seconds to connect at the most.
