WHY AREN'T YOU TALKING ABOUT THIS STUFF?! IT'S ALMOST HALLOWEEN! :p

A certain haunter of nightmares is by far one of my favorite horror movie villains. Who's yours?

I love both Freddy and Jason but as far as favorites goes Jason has my vote. I always liked the summer camp/woods setting the movies took place in, space and Manhattan were both awful choices. I love Jason's character as a whole, the history behind him, why he kills people, it's all awesome. Plus the "kill her" sound (the "ki ki ki ki he he he he" sound, it's supposed to be "kill kill kill kill her her her her") they play is probably the most creepy sound in cinematic history.

While a lot of things are very hokey, like Jason's teleportation or super human strength, overall it's still pretty scary. It always makes me a little paranoid while walking in the woods alone at night.

Just picked up the original Night of the Living Dead on DVD... of course I found it playing on PBS last Saturday night as well. Love it. I need to have a horror-movie marathon soon for Halloween.

I'm all about Michael Myers!
Not the "I grew up in a shitty home so I of course grew up to become a psycho killer, just like Dr. Phil says I'm supposed to" version, but the "I do this because I like it and/or maybe am acting on the influences of some kind of ancient curse that makes me want to kill off my entire bloodline" version(s) :-D .

"Being a serial killer is hard work. There's that thing where you have to chase the victim and make it look like you're just walking, but you're still keeping up...."

Not the actual quote, but you get the idea.

Ghostface. If I was a killer in a slasher movie it would be him. Adapt at hide and seek and with a pop-culture knowledge are traits that I love in the character.

Shame he can't chase people for shit half the time.

'What's your favourite scary movie?'
