Spore is the newest game that has been in the making by the ever famous Will Wright for the past few years... if you don't know who he is, hes the same guy that created The Sims. So really, I don't know crap about Spore or what you actually do in the full game but I figure that the game is going to be pure gold. On Sunday, I got Spore Creature Creator and I finally have gotten around to playing with it more today.

So far, i've made MonBee the Penis Monster (which somehow disappeared, I suspect EA deleted it :-(

). Then I made a decent looking Kirby, later on, I decided to make all three toads from Battletoads. I uploaded a video of all of my creations besides Kirby... which I will probably do later.

I haven't created a Spore creature yet but you can vote on other people's Spore creature at http://www.sporevote.com/index.html. I voted for Defranco by Phil Defranco.

That's just crazy. The link is only leading me to a page with a black background, but I hope people think positively about my Battletoads creatures and vote high for them. I plan on fixing Rash and Zitz later. I'm going to give Rash sunglasses, and Zitz his gauntlets, similar to how I did Pimples.

I think Spore is just great. From what i've gone through so far, there are only two negatives i've seen about the creature creator.

1. No custom part creator, you can only use the arms, legs, heads, etc that came with the game. I just hope Spore is like The Sims when the actual game is released and includes an editor that will allow me to have an annoying shadow clone jutsu gang of Narutos. I know this game just wants you to make creatures, but hell, I want to make many more things with it as well!

2. EA deleting inappropriate monsters, and also banning so i've heard. This is likely due to EA being a bunch of douches more than Maxis. Wright probably don't even care if you make a seven inch dick tiger. Imagine if Nintendo deleted you're Hitler Miis! :omg:

haha, making dumb penis monsters isn't what the game is all about though. It's DEFINITELY a family oriented game, like Gabe was saying on Penny Arcade. It's a game where a father or mother can sit down with their child and create a fun looking creature and then do fun time stuff with it. At least that aspect of the game, not sure how crazy the rest of the game is in terms of difficulty.

PS. Even though there aren't a ton of options in the trial mode, you can still make some bitchin' stuff.

I doubt it will be extremely difficult, but i'm sure it will definitely be challenging. Shame it comes out in Sept since i'll be using my study time on this game. ha ha

spore people never fail to amaze me. They can somehow make electric drills, chairs ,and a fucking train. How the hell do they do that?

Mad Skill. But... yeah, I'm surprised how well some people can manipulate it. It's not exactly the most 'easy' thing to manipulate an actual body, y'know? I'm sure as actual creatures these things suck balls and walk like shit, haha.

downloaded the demo made a creature and deleted the game, but managed to sign up for the site though so i my creature is still in tact.

Ah yes, Spore. I was big fan of SimAnt (Anyone else remember the Laser-spider?) back in the day and always hoped they would return to those type of games. Anywho, my first three beasts;
