So excited to see local bands that involve old friends get more work. Doing what I can to get the word of for both when they do shows, but its just so sweet to see my friends up on a stage doing what they love and blow people away.

My girlfriend and I are buying our first brand new car tomorrow. 2012 Ford Focus, nothing mega special just the first brand new car I've ever owned. We're still keeping my rust-bucket Nissan just to have an extra car for the winter, but I'm pretty pumped to have something new to drive!

The first car I bought that was brand new was a 2010 Ford Focus. I felt the same exact way!

Exactly! Picked it up last night and opened it up on the highway. Not much guts as it's a 4 cylinder, 2.0L engine but it's a smooth ride for sure. Got it up to 140 km/h and couldn;t even tell I was driving that fast!

The price was right and we both enjoy it. Ford's having employee pricing until the end of the month so if you're looking to pick one up now's the time! Great on gas and a very smooth ride. Makes me want my own new car to dump the rust bucket... maybe next year.
