Spoilered for everything haha, I seriously want to see how saving the Doctor develops, whether it be next episode in some giant Moffat explosion of greatness, or if this becomes a season arc plotline (which I believe it might) but can't be fully sure yet. What's interesting is that the Doctor that is killed by the "impossible" astronaut mentions he is over 1100 years old, whereas the Doctor we see soon after is only a year older than when he last saw Amy and Rory (around 900 still, not very long obviously) so it's interesting to think he has spent a whole 200 years either without them (but likely encountered River Song multiple times during) or maybe he has in episodes to come, we'll just have to wait and see.
Other big questions I've got are on The Silent (pretty sure that's there name after watching Doctor Who Confidential) and bloody hell are they creepy as FUCK. and we saw them up close too, Moffat didn't hold back on these things, there sci-fi horror at it's best, especially with the memory dynamic of not remembering them once you look away,
Also, Amy's pregnant, something to do with the silent? As we see how they all react after looking away and forgetting, feeling sick, etc.
And I'm loving River's development, her speech too was incredible, especially with her fear that she will eventually meet him when he has never even met her (prophetically, in Silence in The Library!) so it's cool how she obviously doesn't know this but we do! And I loved her admitence of how "the impressionable young girl meets the brilliant, mad man" so it'll be interesting to see her later in the series with her first meeting with the doctor.
Okay, ending my wall of text here before I explode with theories and going overboard with fandom
