I heard rumors about it a couple years back but between Mass Effect 3, Dragon Age 2+3, and The Old Republic, I doubt they have the time or manpower to do it.

If you can point me to a better Eastern fantasy experience with an RPG, please do so (in this instance I will note that the RPGs I'm familiar with are mostly from the East, but that they are all built in a Western style and don't really play around with culture like Jade Empire does). Pound for pound it delivers both in quantities that are relatively equal in parts and as satisfying as one another.

KotOR was indeed better, but Jade Empire deserves a seat at the table.

A less important seat than Onimusha.
