Yeah, I have to say, I'm glad they switched up all the achievements. I'm not one for collecting points for points sake, but if it's something that I'm willing to try and do just 'cause achievements are not so subtly suggesting it, I might as well aim for them. Killing 15 zombies with a grenade launcher, for instance, which I haven't been able to do yet but I have gotten better with it in the meantime.

Try getting "The Real Deal". It's a huge pain in the ass. The A.I. Director is merciless and the guns all except the Desert Eagle are useless. Me and my friends spent nearly 3 hours trying to get it on Dead Center. The finale is just almost impossible.

All though, the achievements really do bring some fun into the game with your friends, like trying to get "Tank Burger" on Advanced! Oh, and the 15 zombies in one grenade is super easy, got it on my first try with the M79, which is my new favorite weapon

I played Versus mode games and I have to say I enjoy this more than the first games. Because everyone is always a different Infected and that makes new strategies to be used among the team. But I still would like to play this with friends though.

for achievements, I play smart...I throw a pipebomb, and shoot at the gathered group.

For the one with the grenade launcher I just went to the last act of Dark Carnival, got a bile bomb in a bathroom, than when I alerted the horde I went to the scaffolding where the grenade launcher is and threw the bile and blew up the horde and got it.

So far I two achievements for the jockey, I need to try to get the one for crossing the bridge in 3 minutes.

Ugh all the lag I'm getting is starting to annoy me. Also I can help out with achievements if anyone needs help.

From what I've played, the rule of staying together still hasn't come across many people.

I know. It's especially annoying in Scavenge where that is a key to winning.

Yeah, it's a pretty bad ass game. But I guess I'll be the first person to say it sort of feels like I've been there, done that. The addition of the melee weapons is a really nice touch, it beats the shit out of trying to shove zombies away. The different styles of scenario ending missions is a good addition. But honestly, I have only put about 10 hours in to this game because it feels too similar to L4D. That's not a bad thing, but I found that with my limited time available to play anything these days, I want to experience something a little more fresh.

That being said, anybody who picked this up for $35 bucks on black friday got a smokin' good deal. I just feel that for $60 + tax I overpaid.
