But, I can tell you about the bands I play in.
Efreeti or Efrit:
Trash-progressive death like metal with some atmosphere. We almost have a demo, that means when we get trained on how to record. Themes of songs is usually war and sadness.
Unamed:
Due to a vocalist(sigh) who always have to be difficult, we don't got a name yet. We have just started, and only got like one song. Why I'm playing in this is because my brother(which is a drummer) asked me to join. I couldn't refuse. We play black/folk. We are very inspired by Windir, Vreid, Old Finntroll, Emperor and Antartica.
Politidrap:
This is just a band me and my friend made just for fun. We hadn't talked nor met in a long time. So, we found out that we should make a band that seemed like very serious, but really just were a joke. We play improvised theater black metal with political and philosophic lyrics. Don't take it serious, but I felt that I should mention it
Last but not least another unamed band. A humour band as well. We call it the third wave of black metal. It is just me and the guitarist from Efreeti. We play black metal with grindcore and death metal elements. But, we don't use any guitars nor drums. Only El organ(from like the 70's) and Harmonica. So, its pretty brutal and it is by far the most evil stuff I've ever heard. With songs that last 11 minutes with lyrics like "Når solen bleeeekner boooort da er det tilbud på strikkegensereeeeeeeeee!" it shows no mercy.
What kind of instruments do I play? Mostly bass, but in Politidrap I play all the instruments. I also play Harmonica and piano. I sing to, clean vocals and growling/screaming. I also write the lyrics and in all the bands I(and usually another person) decides how the music should be.
