Jon Jones is a big baby.

Jones is treating MMA like the NBA. He is only in it for his own monetary reasons and cares nothing about the sport. That's fine and good in the NBA or any of the other major sports as they don't revolve around one guy and can move on. For example, when Lebron left Cleveland, there is still a team in Cleveland. And when Tom Brady retires, the Patriots will still exist.

Since Jones put himself above the sport and the promotion, the amount of money he lost to his own company, fellow fighters and every single person that worked on the event. It is amazing to have a champion who is scared to fight somebody.

He doesn't want to fight Anderson Silva because it wouldn't do any good to either of their reputations which would make more money in the long run than one big paycheck. I was pulling for a Henderson win and I still believe he can pull it off.

He worries about his PPV numbers, so I hope he enjoys the low numbers he gets when he realizes that nobody wants to watch him anymore.

Also, the UFC has to slim down their events. And this injury issue is becoming a pain. And do something with Strikeforce!

I should have taken out a fucking loan on that 'Reem fight. I was the only one in the bar that night who saw it coming, apparently.

Bay the way ladies, if you want easy money, gamble on the UFC. Easiest shit ever on main cards, you'll really have to be off to pick any worse than 3/5, and I doubt I've missed more than 1 per card in all of 2012. My formula:

- Bet on the bigger, blacker guy

- Never bet on a Chinese-ish guy, even with the guys they say are good, because once they get on a main card, odds are low they'll win

- When in doubt, bet on a former WEC/Strikeforce/PRIDE/IFL fighter. A few busts, but only a few. "Career" UFC talent falls to them frequently (VERY high percent), despite their promotional claims.

- On the lighter classes, don't EVER pick a white guy over a Brazilian or otherwise blacker guy

- Don't put money on Hawaiians

Bumping this because the Rowdy one has put women's MMA on the map. Big ups to Ronda on this night.

Ronda's good, but she's ducking Cyborg at 145 (Ronda's more natural weight). Sure, Cyborg is a dude on roids, but I like both anyway. Just hated Carano, who bailed once the going got tough and the hype train derailed.

As much as I like Ronda, she's in real trouble if the division gets flooded with Serena Williams/Marion Jones types: big buck blacks who are at like 175 naturally with mostly muscle.
