Everytime I start to like Angry Joe he always does something that annoys me and brings me back to stage one of dislike.

Hey guys, is anyone having problems getting to TGWTG?? I keep getting the error message "No Input file specified" on my safari.

All other websites load no problem. Got the same error on multiple computers.

Thoughts??

THeir Site is down. They've got to be having some sort of technical issues.. or they could be revamping the site all together.

My bet is their host went down.

Could a real person explain that post to me? I dont get it...

And I'm not a big fan of most of the TGWTG website. I mean doug walker and a few others are pretty good, but it feels like a bunch of them are doing it for the easy fame, and not actually trying to make anything good.

Trick is not to watch everyone.

Glad to see guys like The Last Angry Geek are finally getting into a groove.

So, apparently, Doug is quitting The Nostalgia Critic.

To be honest, I thought this past year was stretching it pretty thin and many of his reviews were recycled stuff along with different tries at doing the same thing. You could tell that he was burnt out and wanted to do something else.

I also think this could be a really bad thing for Channel Awesome. Yes, many people go to their sites for the many reviewers, but I would have to say a good chunk go for The Nostalgia Critic and then leave.

I really like his earlier work as I thought he was better back then. There is a part of me that is going to miss the show, but I can see it now being the right time. Though I don't think I will be hanging over there and watching videos as much.

Also, To Bodly Flee was pretty terrible. Nothing worked for me at all. The actors weren't as annoying as before, but it was still just...boring.

Well that is disappointing, but I guess doing weekly episodes every week for the last couple years has lead to burn out. Part of the problem is the show changed its focus from doing truly nostalgic stuff (that may or not still hold up) to just covering bad stuff that no one remembers and is best left forgotten. Can't help but feel it is wrong to shelve a long running show though, maybe switch to a monthly format, or take it off and return in six months with a new season would have been better alternatives.

Yeah I have to agree I got 25 mins into Boldy Flee and couldn't take anymore bad acting in front of a green screen. If they are ending NC to focus on more stuff like that no thanks. I'll still check out the site, but not nearly as often.

Channel Awesome is generally terrible.

Plus I think that place is trying to compete with Stuttering Craig on the number of former contributors/reviewers they've pissed off or burned bridges with.

What do you mean uneducated amateurs don't understand how to run media networks?

Of course they do; you just keep adding as many contributors as possible, regardless of how bad they are, and then just keep doing endless crossovers since most can't stand on their own.
