If you've got any comments/concerns/topic ideas or even want to tell us about a good comic to read and want to hear us review it on the show, post that stuff here.

How about a retrospective review over all comic based direct-to-DVD animations that you have seen this past decade.

^ I have seen a few, but I would want to see more before we made a comprehensive list for everyone. Also - If anyone ever has a question that they would like answered on the show, we are totally willing to answer it. Hell, it even helped create a theme of a show once (Punisher/Hood).

So, if you listen to the show, and want to know our opinions about a certain book, character, something you heard was going on or happening in the future of comics or anime, go ahead and let us know. I 100% guarantee it will be answered.

Alrighty, I got some questions for ya troopers:
  • I'm looking for Cyberpunk comics out there, got any good recommendations, or perhaps where might find them?
(I know Beeslo mentioned a "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep" comic was coming out, but haven't heard anymore on it.)
  • Anime Marvel, hit or miss?
  • ComicCon, whose been there? If so, best ComicCon memory? Best swag?
  • Beeslo sound like a certain actor, I can't put my finger on it... Do you guys hear it? (Seriously, this is not a Chandler joke)
  • The Nikopol Trilogy, has anyone read or heard if it's good?

I say that you dedicate a show to talk about shounen manga and anime. Talk about the history (DBZ), the popular titles (Naruto, Bleach, FMA), the obscure titles (Vandread, xxxHolic, Rosario to Vampire), the tropes and cliches, what's great about the genre, what sucks about the genre, what you'd like to see in the future, and other things like that. I think you can get a long talk on this subject, and it would give Mongo the chance to talk about the awesomeness that is One Piece. :yuush:

Of course, you can go the direct opposite and go for Shoujo. That'd be hilarious.

I'm not ashamed to admit that I've watched a bit of Shojo anime in my time. I usually hate most Shonen fighting shows.

I've liked most of the shoujo I've seen. I'm not a shoujo hater at all. I usually like most shounen fighting shows. So me and you are gonna have to duke it our Link! jk, I'm just better, so no fight is needed.

Link should give me $20

(also bring back the segment "2 heads are better than 1" from my old podcast - it seems kinda funny having people talk over each other with either-or statements)

Which one? There's like 5 different avengers groups/comics out there now and NONE of them are the original team.

With the recent release of the first season of The Spectacular Spider-Man on DVD (a few episodes were released on DVD here and there, but this is the complete season on two discs, with a couple little bonus features).
I was thinking, "it'd be super neato to hear the good folks at YIBR talk about this show!" .

I know Beeslo has expressed his thoughts in threads here on the forums and I remember Link at least wanting to know where he could grab some torrents (although, with season 3 not having been officially confirmed yet, I must suggest that if you like the show or are interested in it that you ((that's a collective you, as in everybody)) buy this and show yer support) and I don't remember if Mongo ever said anything about it (too lazy to check :nosepick: ).
So yeah, it'd be cool to know whatcha think of the show and hear ya'll discuss it. You could also pad out the episode by comparing it to past Spidey toons. Things you prefer/think it didn't do so well from one to the other, all that jazz.

I guess you could dedicate an episode to comic book cartoons in general instead of just the one specific program, but maybe if you focused on one certain show/character(s) at a time you could get at least a few episodes out of the subject  .

Beeslo covered Lucifer in issue 10 and I interjected that you should read Sandman as much as I could lol

Comparisons between recent comic book cartoons and older comic cartoons. For example. Xmen the Animated Series, Xmen Evolution, and Wolverine. Discussing how the fighting and mood of the shows have changed over the years even in the cartoons based off the same series.
