Worst Person Ever Tournament Contest Brackets!!!

Hey guys, I told you that this contest was gonna take off and here it is. How this is gonna work is attached to this thread is a document that anyone who wants to participate can fill out. Just select the entrants that you believe will go on to each round and eventually who will win it all. You get one point for each right answer and the person with the most points will win our prize!

There are 16 writers/artists in comics that we felt, and some of you felt were the worst contributers to comics. Basically we're gonna duke it out vs style, but slightly different. Each person in the contest will get a round where we try to think of all the good things they have done and contributed to comics, and then another round where we rip them to shreds. The person who sucks more moves on to the next round, and ultimately someone will be crowned the worst person ever. Since Link is back, there will never be a tie because of always having 3 votes.

Our prize will include one terrible thing written by that person and hopefully (if we can find it) something really good by the same person.

You have until February 6th at noon to get these to us because next week's podcast including the first round will be going up later that day.

To enter please just pm me your finished bracket by then.

Hey, some of these people seem to really hit both ends of the spectrum. When they're bad they're terrible as hell but when they're good they're friggin amazing. So if one of them gets it, good news for the winner...Some of the others though? Yikes.

Didn't expect JMS to get the unanimous vote in the first round to be honest, but I can't say I'm surprised either. Out of curiosity had JMS made it to the finals, what would you guys have picked for his worst: One More Day or The Other?

haha, sorry. It's one of the few things I catch. My boss is a grammar Nazi so I've started being really anal about all this stuff.

JMS could still make it to the finals btw. I think you got confused. The winner of "worst" moves to the next round. They don't get eliminated.

I love how every time my name gets mentioned on the show there's some kind of quick discussion about it or it's just disregarded or whatev's (Beeslo just calling me "Triforce" for example, which is cool). Changing my name so drastically, poor choice number two listed in this post, haha. :innocentsmile:

Anywho, lesee, Avengers time slot. The season's over (I think) so it may not help now but it was on Sunday's at either 9:30 or 10:30 AM EST and then that new episode would repeat at 10:30 PM EST the same day.

There were 20 episodes total for the first season in addition to the web shorts (which also aired as full episodes, so Link, you get a pass for at least having seen those. Mongo though? *Sigh* Shame, sir).

The Fantastic Four also had cameos. The group in a photo and then Reed himself helping Tony out with some techy...stuff.
All of which is surprising because I'd have assumed there'd be some kind of liscencing issue. Always seemed to be a problem with Spidey and his toons anyway (No Sandman in the 90's, no Kingpin in SSM, etc) :-?
