Sig Of The Week 7 - Underrated Villains!

INTRO

IMPORTANT RULE: Seriously though, when you're going to vote for a sig, you need to write more than a sentence. Try to at least write a decent paragraph if possible. End of story.

Also, usernames in your signatures are now optional. Anybody can slap a username on a signature someone else made, or photoshop out someone else's signature and put in their own.

ENTRY RULES

- The sig/tag must be somehow related to this weeks theme.

- Sigs may not exceed over 450(w)x250(h).

- No sigs that you made 30 days ago or older that just happens to fit the theme.

- Animated GIF file size wont be limited, although, use common sense, no 10min long animations or anything like that

- Sigs are due every TUESDAY AT 11:59 EST by posting in this topic, or e-mailing them to thescarletorder at gmail dot com (no exceptions)

- Hosts have a right to deny entries for reasons not listed above, if it so happens that you think your entry is denied without fairness, please take the problem up with me.

VOTING RULES

- You cannot vote for yourself.

- When VOTING, please state [b]"I vote for _____, because _______." This is used to determine how you vote. If your vote is based on just your favorite character or franchise, your vote will be denied. Please vote based on your favorite design and/or style. Please try to be descriptive as possible.

- Votes simply based on sexual themes or similar themes shall be denied, as well as votes based on favorite game and character. We're voting on DESIGNS not which character is the hottest/coolest.[/b]

TIMELINE

DESCRIPTION
Basically, this involves making a signature for a Villain that the masses AREN'T constantly humping, which means no Joker, no Venom/Carnage, no Sephiroth, no Kefka, etc. It's mostly subjective, but I think you can have some pretty common sense as to who is 'hot' and who is 'not' so to speak. If you have any questions about your subject matter for your sig, feel free to shoot me a PM.

PROTIP: I won't be making a Luca Blight signature, I've already done that one before. ^_^

EDIT: Rip Van Winkle is a character in the Hellsing world...Only seen in the Manga and the 4th OVA of Hellsing Ultimate...She is a soldier of millennium which is a nazi terrorist group...I dont really feel like describing more of her so here is the wikipedia page...http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rip_van_Winkle_(Hellsing) :oops:

I was never a huge Spider-Man fan but I always loved Wilson Fisk/Kingpin and thought he deserves some love.

EDIT: Changed from Wilson Fisk in bullet holes to Kingpin. In retrospect I think this design looks a lot better than spelling out his full name.

Was never huge on Kingpin in general, he was just so... 'meh' then again I almost ALWAYS hate the "omg I'm rich and evil" villains, they've always annoyed me. But, I will say that even though he IS used a ton in comics as a villain, most people don't care too much about him compared to the more 'inhuman' Spider-Man villains.

Fun fact that surprised me, thats not fat, it's all muscle O_o

THE KINGPIN??? UNDERRATED?!?! :-o

You gotta be kiddin' me...he's like one of the biggest villains of the Marvel Universe behind Dr. Doom, Magneto and Norman Osborn! Considering he's like one of the biggest villains that both Dare Devil and Spider-Man ever have to face. He's the one responsible for Peter Parker's Aunt May being shot...even though thats entirely pointless now...but thats an another rant.

The Kingpin is hardly underrated. You aren't seeing much of him right now mainly because he's finally been put in prison.

But...I'll let your sig slide...because its fuckin' sweet. :-D

Anywho, I think the Kingpin is underated via FANBASE. Like... do you see all the kiddies sporting Kingpin T-Shirts and what not? Nope, it's all about Green Goblin, Venom, & Carnage.
