What new features NEED added to the forum?

I'll be implementing a few more of these changes (probably not male/female thing unless somebody wants to PM me a working mod for it, I think snake91 has one, and even then I need to see how intense it is coding wise.)\

The banner is currently MIA and will be returning shortly, so don't get too excited about it not being there.
