I nominate Koari. Not only has he contributed a lot to the YIBR section (and continues to do so), he's always been one of my favourite members for his oh so lovable semi-obnoxiousness. And you all have to agree with me, that's an important quality in a Villain.

It was very hard for me to point out one henchman out of the fine group of evil doers but my vote has to go with Psycho Gorilla. His posts are concentrated with pure awesome!

Because he has been here for a while, I think since the start, and I love him and he went to a Yu-Gi-Oh tourney.

Koari also gives serious posts and helps other users out too, I respect the man.
