I have come to the conclusion of what I want my first tat to be and I was wondering if anyone would be interested in drawing it up for me

I want to get like a side view of a cartoon/Animie girl head to neck with like a happy smile with like upside down C eyes with platinum white hair with a red streak
with a comic book STYLEEE thought bubble with a heart

It will be at least a month or so before I can get it as of saving money plus getting some time off work to get it done but If anyone could draw it up for me i Will deff save it and bring it in with me
