just make Hironobu Sakaguchi come back to making Final Fantasy games and all the sequels would be fine.

Agreed. I would give my left pinky finger for a complete remake of VII or VI. I think IX still does the trick, so that one doesn't really need a remake imo.
I've sort of lost interest in the new FF games, they're just too much about the haircuts. I'm going to play XIII, but I'll probably wait until the price drops. There are a lot of things that bug me about it. Like the names. Snow and Lightning... what were they thinking!? :phew:

Ya thats why I said maybe 9. The graphics were great for their time and the story and gameplay really doesn't need tweaking.

You have a problem about the names Snow and Lightning?
And i suppose Cloud and Squall and Onion Knight are any better?

They aren't any better, really. But I've grown older and a lot harder to please. :teehee:

Also, at least Cloud and Squall weren't in the same game. One weather related name per game is quite enough, thank you very much!

I wish I cared enough about a poorly convoluted badly designed character to make up a story to cover up the story writer's shitty storytelling to make a valid argument about this.
