Just sold it. Only because I wanted the 360 to play with my friends, plus I couldn't stand the controller anymore. But I'll give it that it was better than the PS1 and PS2 which were crap.

That is pretty fanboyish of you to say, if you look at the data The PS3 only sold around 3 million units less than the 360 world-wide (29 million versus 31 million). This is completely in line with the fact that it came out around 2 quarters later. The systems selling around 1.5 million units per quarter on average (this goes for both the PS3 and the 360). And this is about *sold units* not actually *working* units. Considering I know literally noone online or offline who owns a 360 for longer than a year that hasn't had it replaced under warrantyor had to buy a new one altogether.

It would surprise me a lot if the amount of actually working Xbox 360s is higher than the amount of actually working PS3s at the moment.

Also, let's not forget that the PS3 is currently outselling the 360 month over month, so it's likely that that 3 million unit gap will be smaller every month.

Doesn't make me mad at all. It just makes me a little sad that the things you say are generally believed to be true by TGH (Andy is a prime example of uninformed bashing). I just felt a correction with, you know, facts and all was in order.

I've never bashed the PS3 in the way andy the movie the game has. I like the PS3 more than the PS1-2. But to me the playstation systems and the xbox systems are like a passtime console, so basically I only favour what suites me at the time. I'm not a PS-fanboy nor a 360-fanboy. I am a SEGA-Nintendo fanboy though which I'm proud of. So to me the playstation and xbox is nothing special. So basically if I bash the PS systems its the SEGA-Nintendo fanboyism in me, not the 360.

But just so you know the DC and SS have taken the PS3s place on infront of the plasma, so the 360 has to sit way under out of sight because its so loud.

Especially in the latest podcast lol, they totally bashed the PS3. It was total fanboyism in there about how there were barely any good games. The ONLY thing 360 has that's good that the PS3 doesn't is Halo series and Fable. And whoopty do, those aren't that great either. I swear I respect their opinion, but its just total fanboyism with them anymore

It's not bad that you got a 360, good for you. It is just I have both and it's a load of bullshit about what people say about BOTH systems. Xbox isn't as great a speople say it is. They need to remove their penis from the disc slot and settle down. PS3 isn't as bad a people say it is. It is a great system with many great games I have played on it. And some games played better on the PS3 than they do on the 360. The PS controller is not crap, it is a great controller that has been around much longer than any other type lastaed. The 360 controller is a hunky, battery eating, piece of shit. (IMO)

BACK on topic, enjoy your 360, but it was a waste to sell your PS3

actually I would of kept the ps3 if it things were different. It would of given me a better variety having both. But I needed some extra wap when I had the chance to get the hss-0130 Saturn stick which is almost impossible to come by. I disagree about the pad though: I've always thought the ps pads were horrible, reasons why they haven't changed it are obvious Sony aren't the best with industrial design. They should get pioneer to design the look and feel lol. I still think the dreamcast is better than both I might add. Then saying that if the DC game do hit PSN then the ps3 will become super. But for the time now its 360 time, maybe the Wii next. WHO knows!

Well both systems don't support the saturn pad so I think the path you chose regarding your ps3/xbucks swap was overall an unavailing attempt at satisfaction.

Eh, you buy whatever systems will give you the most entertainment for your buck. It's different for everybody. I don't have a 360 because the only exclusive game that system has that interests me is Tales of Vesperia, which I can actually play on my PS3 if I decide to get the import version and polish up my Japanese. Also, looking at my Christmas list, I actually have more Wii games on there than anything else, which probably has something to do with liking to play games with my family like Mario Party and Wii Sports. Also Rune Factory Frontier, if anybody knows what that is. In terms of games I am excited about coming out, the game at the top is easily Tales of Graces, a Wii exclusive.
