Spent all day installing DC Universe Online (since it went free to play I decided to check it out).

About an hour later I'm uninstalling it. Just wasn't feeling it *shrug*.

Picked up Rayman: Origins for something for my girlfriend and I to play. Loved the demo and might be the best looking platformer ever made.

Got gifted Hard Corps Uprising from Chris (or The Red Clover) and beat it with Krystal. If you're a fan of 2D shmups and still haven't played it, do yourself a favor and buy it. It's extremely fast paced and a ton of fun. Having beat Contra and Super C, with the former on a 3 life run, this one was much easier. It gives you room to mess up and lets you upgrade if you feel that the challenge is too steep. It doesn't hold your hand, but you get used to it, especially with the dashing and double jumping. My favorite boss had to be from level 4, which had a giant robot flying towards you, while you had to shoot rings and shields with this giant halo. Once it turns into the core, it starts spraying bullets at every angle, which had me at the edge of my seat. Oh yeah, and the last boss is a troll.

And the music was amazing, though that's expected from Arc System Works. This is my favorite track in the game:

Heck of a game and a ton of fun. Definitely pick it up.

Skyrim. Went into work today after playing pretty much non stop for a day and a half. Manager called me into her office. Asks me if I'm
High because my eyes are all bloodshot. I said "no I'm not, it's called Slyrim eyes" she just said ok. Lol

I fear what will happen to me once I pick up Skyrim after the holidays... I'm probably going to become a hermit and no one will hear from me for weeks.

11 Months & 23 Days is how long it took me to beat the first 12 Final Fantasy Games.

I am now done with the entire Final Fantasy Marathon. I had been playing Final Fantasy XII for the past 2 months because I wanted to get every Esper and beat every Hunt. The final 2 Espers are incredibly mean and very difficult. However, they are nothing in comparison to the final Hunt.

His name is Yiazamat and he has over 50 Million Hit Points. Yep, 50 Million.

But, after 8 Hours of playing, he finally died at my hands. Thankfully, there is a save point nearby, so you don't have to beat him in one sitting, but he is still incredibly hard. In fact, he was the hardest boss I have ever fought in any RPG. The only other harder task I have ever completed in video games is beating the 'Supply Lines' mission in GTA: San Andreas.

But, I am now done with the marathon. I no longer get to play any Final Fantasy games. I finally get to play something else. YAY! :-D

One of the people I was playing this with wants to play Final Fantasy Tactics on the PS1 after he is done with 12. I think he is insane.

Also, as a tiebreaker, we were going to do a speed run of Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest.

But, for me, I am done. I can't take anymore Final Fantasy games. I need something else. ANYTHING else.

Beat Sonic 1 a few days ago, for the first time. I'm surprised it barely took me a little over an hour to beat. It's also the toughest 2D Sonic I played and probably the one least emphasized with speed. Most of the game is platforming (good platforming, I may add), with a few small increments of speed as your reward. Also, I never realized how much easier the games got after the introduction of the speed dash. great game overall, but Sonic 2 will always remain my favorite Sonic ever.

Also, I finally figured out where the Spring Valley Zone theme came from. For the longest time, I didn't know where it was from, but heard the theme over a thousand times.

I hate you Americans and you're awesome deals. If any of those games go on sale in Canada for $39.99 it's considered a good deal.

Picked up the original Witcher on Steam's sale for $3 and it's actually really, really good.

Dude, I'm sure anyone here willing to buy them for you + shipping. Though that may be sketchy. Have you thought of setting up a PO BOx in Ogdensburg, NY? I doubt having an in-store delivery would work, the closest US Best Buy is in Watertown, and that's disgustingly out of the way.

I'd wait until they hit the selects, line though. You can inspect a disc at a store, you can't online.

Ogdensburg is actually a 40 min drive from here, so I thought about doing that but I can't find my passport anywhere. I think I may have lost it during my move a couple of years ago. I need to get it replaced and I may do that during my xmas break.
