i have three copies of GTA IV, two for the 360 (one which really isn't mine, it's a copy somebody gave to me to hold onto), and one for the PC. i bought it for PC when it was cheap on steam because i really wanted to make dumb videos plus mess around with mods for it.

mostly it's fighting game upgrades or game of the year editions though, i think.

God, I bought Metal Gear Solid 4 way too many times, I think 3 in total. I should have just kept it but I didn't and when I got a hankering for it I would run to a game store. I learned my lesson with that though...

Two on VHS, one on Beta tape, one on Laser disc, one on DVD, and one on Blu-Ray. How many copies of The White Album do I own? 7. Cassette, 8-track, reel-to-reel, 3 different vinyl copies, and the CD.

But, let's hear it for Mario. Of just the first Mario game alone, I have 9 different copies. Three on NES (the stand alone, paired with Duck Hunt, and paired with Duck Hunt and World Class Track Meet), one on SNES, one on GB Color, one on GBA, two on Wii (All-Stars re-release and Virtual Console), and the original Famicom version. Ocarina of Time? 5 copies. Resident Evil 2? 4. Skies of Arcadia? 2. Worms: Armageddon? 5.

Shit, that reminds me I have like 3 copies of the original Mario, four copies of Mario 3 (one of which is in Mario All Stars and another NES copy that doesn't work), two copies of Legend of Zelda... This is what happens when you move in with your girlfriend and your videogame collections combine!

Oblivion for me. I've had about 4 copies that went bad on me. I just ended up playing them too much. :/

I have no problem rebuying a game, as long as it suits my purpose. And yes, that purpose may include murder. DA NA NAAAA!!!
