yea! i just got an xbox 360 tonight (before he did! ... as far as i know) so it's my first "next gen" system. i need game suggestions. i know, i know i've seen this on the forum before about another site (which people on GH were once apart of) and the forum going downhill because of it but i really need suggestions.

i love all genres (except sports. madden sucks.) fps and rpg especially. i have call of duty 4 on my PC so please don't suggest it. i need real honest opinions, please give me insight on your pick for the 360, pros and cons. i hear gears of war is awesome, i hear it sucks as well so i need real answers. don't say "halo 3 because it pwns" because that generic FPS piece of shit can suck on my man sack.

Get Bioshock, Perfect Dark Zero, and i dont care what all the people say...at least rent sonic 06...it wasnt all that bad. It was quite a bit of fun if you ask me

Bioshock, GTA IV, Mass Effect, Dead Rising, Gears of War, Devil May Cry 4, Lost Planet, Splinter Cell: Double Agent, Assassin's Creed, and even though you said you have it on PC, I still recommend you get it COD4 so you can play us all on the 360. And even though you trashed Halo 3, I still think you should get it because it's a good game.

I've never played it but I've heard Crackdown is fun. And it didn't get great reviews, but I enjoyed Ninety Nine Nights.

i bought dead rising as a huge zombie fan it seemed like the natural choice for me.

It's just awesome to hand the game over to a friend, when they ask how to play it all you need to say is "kill stuff".

We need more games like this

Call 'O Duty Quatro!

Lost Odyssey is one of my favorite RPGs of all time so if you like RPGs, get that.

You definitely should also get The Orange Box if you like FPS. You get 5 awesome FPS games all in one.

Then the essentials of GTA IV, Call of Duty 4, and Mass Effect.

Get Oblivion. It'll take you months to run out of things to do. Also, nice choice on Dead Rising. That game is awesome!

You should also get Halo 3. It's a very solid FPS despite all the fanboys.
