Turns out the only workaround right now is play the Frank Rising DLC on a seperate save file, because apparently the bug has to do with being on the same save as your main game. Which makes me think nobody tested this thing.

Anyway, I beat it, and it was ok. On Blackest Friday difficulty, it's a pain and frustratingly difficult but not in the fun way, in the really cheap way.

I finally platinumed the Division. It took FOREVER for Ubisoft to patch a bunch of bugs that made some collectibles, well, uncollectible. Like, a full year pretty much to patch those huge bugs. That's my 10th platinum trophy!

I bet the campaign of Halo Wars 2. Meh. I'm not a RTS guy but even I can see there's not much to this franchise.

Got an XB One last week and started playing Fallout 4. Pretty decent game so far.

tsktsk Chuckles... you're an Xbot? I expected more...

Fallout 4 is pretty good, even better with mods! I actually need to finish that game. I've thought about doing that, but my buddy who lent me Witcher 3 on New Years is bugging me to play it (even though I beat it like 2 years ago, just not the expansions) so I'm trying to play it again. It's what, only 100 hour+ RPG...

So The Nathan Drake Collection was $8 on PSN this weekend, so I got it.

And I randomly found a Switch at Best Buy and went ahead and got one, along with Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

Must be nice to have money to spend on games and systems. I just spent money on a bunch of stuff to tear up and reseed my dead front lawn...

My kids are finally old enough to enjoy some of my old favorites. We have played through Real MYST, Portal, several episodes of SBCG4AP, and are currently working our way through Portal 2. I have Riven queued up, as well as Link to the Past and Link's Awakening.

Starting playing Mass Effect: Andromeda, and it sucked me pretty quickly.

waiting for it to drop to $30-$40. I refuse to promote games that are released in a clearly broken state, even if they come come Bioware.

The facial animations are pretty terrible. It's pretty bad when the first game in the series released 10 years ago does facial animations better.

I picked up ME: Andromeda because the wife wanted to play it. It does leave a lot to be desired. Back to Fallout 4.

Still playing Fallout 4. I'm a level 21 and I've already joined the Brotherhood of Steel, going through the BOS side quests before I go further with the main stuff.

Getting Prey tomorrow. I need something to play/distract me. Also started tales of the Borderlands (IMO the best TellTale game).

I started playing Breath of the Wild, which made me think about A Link to the Past.

So I'm now playing A Link to the Past on the Wii U.

I'm waiting for the Wii-U emulator to play a stable version of Breath of the Wild. Right now it drops to 1FPS and unplayable. Again, I really want to play the game but I refuse to buy a new console to play one game and really, really wish Nintendo would just do software. They would make a shit-ton of money if they were multiplatform.
