I was curious, because I regularly check this site and I keep seeing Google adsense bot and another bot. Someone please explain what these are.

The bots are what Google Uses to make sure that the advertisments on the page are loading and keeps track of the statistics for us. There are other bots on the page like Yahoo and other sites that search the forums once and a while for information. So that when other people want to get informtion it will come up as information from our forums, thus directing traffic here.

those bots are not as hardcore as the bots on playthenes.com they even post!.
Proof.
also we got r2d2, and the terminator as bots.

It gets creepy in here when you see there are 2 users online. Yourself, and the Google bot. That usually indicates it's time to go outside for a change.
