More Thought out Forum games, Like Xylons Fire Emblem game. I know this one is hard, but these games may make others keep active in the forum instead of just post forum questions and well leave.

Ok, to be serious. An suggestion perhaps a "today's reminder" thing for gamedays, secret santa, last day for voting/submitting and other special dates. The forum seem to have some sort of calendar system in it that keeps check on birthdays, right? So perhaps one can expend on that. Just an idea.

We used to have "Rank Battles" but it quickly died down due to lack of people voting and/or caring. :)

You earn the honor of choosing your rank when you become a hero or villain (through doing super extra cool stuff for the site, winning the sidekick/henchman of the year contest, or becoming staff.) All the sidekick/henchmen icons are simply rank titles with a matching photo to represent your "level" through post count. Your avatar and signature are used to express yourself in a more detailed way.

The issue with making a certain post count getting you a custom rank/title (aside from spam) is that post counts are constantly growing. The longer the site exists, the higher post counts will become. I could make it some arbitrary number like... 10000 posts, but eventually EVERYONE is going to have 10000 posts and things will start getting out of hand. Additionally we'll eventually run out of characters/titles to offer people and nobody will be able to pick the character they want for their rank because somebody else has it. So, unfortunately, that will probably never happen.

I think she's suggesting we split the two. I don't really see why that is needed. I mean, we do have a ton of "Guess the..." topics, but not enough for it's own sub-forum I would think, especially since it's already part of a special sub forum dedicated to it and other threads.
