Glad to see Deadman back in superhero form, that realistic reboot they did was awful.

Also the Vertigo embargo seems to be weakening and Swamp Thing is back as part of the DCU and it getting a number one. Not to mention Justice League Dark with freaking John Constantine.

All Star Western and Demon Knights look pretty cool as well.

And even though I'm still a bit confused by it I'm at least glad Stormwatch is coming back and Wildstorm lives on in some form.

Agreed. The New DCU stuff I like is pretty much all the weird outside of the box titles.

I wanna see Jenny Sparks and Jack Hawksmoor kick some ass, it may be the only thing that keeps me from dropping DC at this rate unless Booster is somehow aware of what's going on.

I forget if it was CBR or Bleeding Cool, but one of them is already running a pool on which books will be late to print/online, delayed, cancelled or get new creative teams, and my gut tells me Hawk and Dove will probably be the first; and all due to Liefeld doing the art.

The books I'll be following are:
Spoiler
Justice League
Justice League International
Aquaman
Wonder Woman <- At least the first 3 issues
The Flash
Green Arrow
DC Universe Presents
Superman
Superboy
Batman
Detective Comics
Batman The Dark Knight
Batman & Robin
Batgirl
Nightwing
Catwoman
Red Hood and the Outlaws
Green Lantern
Green Lantern Corps
Green Lantern: New Guardians
Red Lanterns
Swamp Thing
Voodoo
Deathstroke <-At least for its first arc
Suicide Squad<- Not too fond of the costume changes but always like Harley and Deadshot
Teen Titans
Blue Beetle

Here's what will be my maybe pile:
Spoiler
Captain Atom
Fury of Firestorm
Batwoman
Animal Man
Frankenstein, Agent of S.H.A.D.E.
Stormwatch
All-Star Western

Which means my ass needs to find a job pronto if I want to keep up with all of these.

I'll be buying all 52 #1s because I'm stupid like that.

I'm actually pretty interesting in Legion Lost, Green Arrow, JLI, All-Star Western, The Batman Books (Batgirl for debating purposes).

Alright, here's what I'm buying for sure, at least the first issue:

Batman
Batgirl
Batwoman
Nightwing
Catwoman
Birds of Prey
Demon Knights
Suicide Squad
All-Star Western

Aquaman is a MAYBE
GL Corps is a MAYBE, I liked the old stuff I read, this looks like it could be a safe jumping on point.
New Guardians is a big MAYBE, I love Kyle Rayner but... I dunno, could be overkill.
Justice League Dark is a MAYBE
Most of the Bat books will fluctuate depending on arc/characters/etc.

Because having a show that had cameos from the Justice League is obviously Marvel.

Because having a show that had cameos from the Justice League is obviously Marvel.

If you never watched the show you wouldn't know that. The only reason I even know about him was because of an episode Justice League where they were time traveling end ended up in the future of Batman Beyond.

I forgot to mention that I didn't see that much of Static Shock. I just faintly recall seeing a few snippets of it.

Not for nothing, but I knew nothing about Static Shock so I had to ask a friend if he was just a politically correct Black Lightning for the relaunch

Sometimes I think every reply you make to me is to troll me and get me all riled up. Because ffs.

Spider-man one more day is a reboot up to a certain point in Spider-man's time that effectively broke up the marriage between Peter Parker and Mary Jane.

The DC reboot is a full reboot that will effectively break up the marriage between Clark Kent and Lois Lane.

Superman: One More Day was a joking reference to one more day.

Happy?

The big difference here is that this reboot isn't incredibly stupid in the way it's going to happen. Bringing up One More Day makes little sense because there are plenty of other reboots and that one is only remembered nowadays for buttfucking a ton of continuity with that one character. With the way DC is today, they're asking for a reboot (but I still want Secret Six).

Darkseid, DC isn't even a reboot and neither was One More Day. Get your guys' facts straight. OMD and everything with Mary Jane is STILL in continuity, despite Mephisto's changes those things still happened because it was in-universe and not editorially retconned without an explanation. Not to mention Carlie Cooper > Mary Jane.

As for the DC relaunch we have absolutely nothing to go on that says shit will just magically happen. My guess is that Flash will have to fix the timeline, much like Anti-Flash or whatever his name is broke the timeline. In other words, all the past continuity is still valid, even if it doesn't matter anymore to the present time at hand, it's not like that stuff just never happened, therefore it's not a reboot.
