If you think the first is a challenge, just wait until you play DWII. It's as if every single enemy is stronger than you at all times.

Since cumming back from the dead (via the inevitable sacrifice of Jodi Arias), and seeing as how this forum is basically now just Mr. Black and Low Budget Jeff, the winner is Mr. Black, because coffee is better that way. And if the crown cannot be defended, the 1st runner up will assume responsibili...

You mean the ORIGINAL original, or the original SNES game? Because the NES classic I guarantee beats the fudge out of this upcoming release on all levels. As will the SNES game. This reeks of cash-in, glorified ROM hack without the love ROM hackers give to their games to me.

Yeah..... That remake of A Link to the Past doesn't look too good. How is it that the SNES version looks 100 times more appealing to the eye even with the fact that it's 16 bit.

Sure looks like an emphasis on puzzles... again. Hey, remember when we got a sequel called Link's Awakening?

First, that Zelda looks like garbage man. Maybe it's just me but after 27 years of Zelda, I'm straight up and down Zelda'd out. Not sure what happened but I think that formula is just been done one too many times for my taste. Two, WTF, why couldn't Earthbound be released on Wii VC? Didn't take lon...

My Nerd comment was pretty much tongue in check, I know he's clarified them, but I have come across people on the internet who slam the game as "suck" and I'm pretty positive that it's because the Nerd made a video about it. Of course I'm the guy who has honestly enjoyed every Castlevania...

I've one-lifed it, blacktually. Several others have as well, though "knowing" them is questionable. Still, there are tricks to it. Very beatable, and very one life-able, IF you know what to do and have the raw skill. What I like here, though, is that so few games get that "top notch&q...

Listing off their numerical score reviews for NES games. Great consultation for what they thought of the games WITHOUT the pretentious revisionist history of reviewing retro games. http://vgstats.blogspot.com/2008/01/nes-review-scores-nintendo-power.html Notice how almost no game even breaks above a...

Final Fantasy Tactics was like the absolute polar opposite of Final Fantasy X. I don't know if I'd go that far as both of them are turn based, so they are more similar than other Final Fantasy games. I don't necessarily mean in mechanics like turn-based so much as the general feel. Once they depart...
