I'm having problems viewing something on the site what should I do?

If you are having any problems viewing something on the site please try the following solutions.

1. Refresh the page. We might be updating at that exact time and something might not work for a few minutes. Just wait a minute and refresh. That solves 90% of all problems.
2. Delete your temporary internet files. You might be loading up old content or dead content that is stored on your computer instead of fresh content from The GameHeroes. Depending on what browser you use the steps to doing this may be different. Usually it is in your Internet Options section of the Tools tab of your browser.
3. If you are still having problems with the site try downloading a new browser. If you do not already have it, try downloading Firefox. You can do so by clicking on the banner below. It will directly download the setup application for Firefox. Run the setup program and try and access The GameHeroes again.

I want to help out The GameHeroes how can I do that?

Well there are many ways to help out The GameHeroes! If you want to submit a movie or video clip of something game related that you created or made that would be great! If you have any music ability and have some video game music you want to send over that would be great too! Anything you think  might make the website better send it over. You can do so by contacting Handsome Tom at tom@thegameheroes.com.

I sent it a submission, but you haven't shown it and I've not heard anything. Does it suck?

There might be a few reasons that we have not shown it. Most likely the reason is that we have been overloaded with a lot of submissions. Going through them all, screening them, and then deciding what ones to post on the site is a very time consuming process. It can take weeks or months to get to a video or other submission that has been sent in. Don't let that discourage you though. We review each and every submission that we get. Due to our busy schedule we can't guarantee that you are going to get an email back from us saying that we have received your submission and are going to post it. Most likely if we like it then we will post it up.

You never read my forum question. Why is that?

If we don't read a forum question that usually means its already been asked a bunch of times in the past. Really common questions like these can be answered by clicking on the profiles of each staff member. Just watch the bio video and it will answer them for you. We try our hardest to answer as many forum questions as we can. Sometimes we get so many of them though that its just not possible to do it all in one show. Keep asking though. You will get your questions answered.

Can I be a moderator of the forums?

We get this question a lot. No you can't. If we feel that the need for more moderators is there then we will select someone who participates in the forums in a beneficial manner and makes quality and helpful posts. If you want to be a moderator just be the best type of person while posting as you can. Help out as much as possible with questions and be a role model for other people on there. We will notice.
